Die Jahresarbeitszeit (1930 Stunden) ist für diese Position flexibel in der Zeit von 06:30 bis 20:00 Uhr und erfolgt Mo – Sa auf Basis einer 5-Tage-Woche. Eingruppierung in G3 des Gehaltstarifvertrags für den Hamburger Einzelhandel. Als Teamleiter startet dein Tag flexibel in der Arbeitszeit zwischen 06:30 und 11.50 Uhr und dein Fokus liegt auf der Teamführung und dem reibungslosen Ablauf unsere logistischen Prozesse. DEINE AUFGABEN Leitung eines Teams von circa 25 Mitarbeiter*innen, dass innerhalb der operativen Logistik eingesetzt ist. Steuerung der lagerlogistischen Prozesse, zur Erreichung der gemeinsam gesetzten Ziele und Kennzahlen. Umsetzung einer vorausschauende und wirtschaftliche Personal- oder Urlaubsplanung.…
