As part of the Operations Team, the Stock Administrator ensures the stock management of the boutique including main safe and daily safe optimum organization. She / he aims for operational excellence to support the boutique daily business. STOCK OPERATIONS Manage the stock in the main safe - Receive stock (physically & system), transfer pieces, handle special products requests for CP, and ensure efficient organization of main safe Manage the daily safe & boutique windows Replenishment - Ensure daily replenishment according to daily routine process & in line with products list agreed with Boutique management, propose alternative when facing shortages and follow-up pieces’ movements within the boutique (CP, safe…) Token processes - Proceed with daily checks of tokens.…
