Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Art Director Digital (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) in München, mit 5 Tagen Home Office im Monat. Du übernimmst die Designleitung in einem unserer Teams. Dort betreust du Mittelständler und Tech-Scale-ups, meistens im 360°-Marketing-Retainer. Das heißt: Branding und Markenauftritte, UI-Design für Websites und Launch-Landingpages, Ad Creatives für LinkedIn und Meta, Kampagnen und auch mal ein Plakat oder Merch für die Messe. Du gestaltest selbst sehr viel, leitest unsere Junior Designer_innen und Praktikant_innen an und bist Ansprechperson für deine Kunden, wenn es um Design und Marke geht (PM macht alles andere). Du berichtest an unseren Creative Director. Das ist kein reiner Führungsjob: Einen großen Teil deiner Zeit sitzt du selbst in Figma.…
