DEINE AUFGABEN Als People Services Specialist bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei administrativen People-Themen. Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe entlang des gesamten Mitarbeitendenlebenszyklus, stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher und trägst dazu bei, unseren Mitarbeitenden einen professionellen und serviceorientierten Support zu bieten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen People Functions sowie weiteren internen Stakeholdern zusammen. Du wirst: Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen rund um People-Prozesse unterstützen und eine positive Service Experience sicherstellen. administrative People-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Lifecycles betreuen – von Einstellungen über Vertragsänderungen bis hin zur Pflege von Stammdaten.…
