About the role: As Training Coordinator, you'll support Abound's learning and development by planning, running and monitoring training across our operational teams. You'll work closely with the QA and Training Manager, operations and site managers, subject matter experts and external trainers. Together, you'll make sure training meets business goals and our regulatory obligations under the FCA's Consumer Duty, CONC, MCOB and SM&CR. You'll keep things running day to day. That means scheduling sessions, keeping records accurate and audit-ready, and making sure every new starter moves smoothly from day one to full competence. Additionally you will support the teams in supporting colleagues who may required additional training and support to regain competency status.…
