Finom is looking for a Principal Product Designer to set the design direction for Core Experience — the foundational product surface used across our platform by every customer. This is a senior individual-contributor role: no direct reports, but real scope to define what "good" looks like and prove it in shipped product. You'll work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Research to turn complex financial workflows into experiences that are simple, accessible, and consistent at scale. What You’ll Do Own design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and problem framing to final implementation, QA, and polish.
