Telesales · SumUp The Role We're looking for a Senior CRM Administrator to join our Telesales Team. This is not a "keep-the-lights-on" role - it's a seat at the table. You'll work at the intersection of technology, process design, and people, shaping how our inbound and outbound telesales teams operate day to day. You'll contribute to our global Salesforce environment and, just as importantly, challenge the status quo, asking why a process works the way it does, finding the friction in how our reps sell, and rolling out tooling and automation that genuinely make a difference to the people using them. You'll also work alongside the tools and partners that bring AI into our telesales setup, helping to evaluate, integrate, and get the best out of them.…
