Über die Position Werde Teil von GROPYUS und übernimm die Führung beim Aufbau einer erstklassigen Cost-Optimization-Funktion für unsere Gebäudesysteme. An der Schnittstelle von Produktentwicklung, Engineering, Fertigung, Einkauf und Bauausführung gestaltest du die Kostenwettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg. Als Head of Cost Optimization / Building Systems definierst du Strategie, Methoden und Governance für die Kostenoptimierung unseres Produktportfolios. Du schaffst ein datenbasiertes Verständnis der Kostentreiber, identifizierst Potenziale zur Wertsteigerung und stellst sicher, dass Kostenaspekte von der ersten Konzeptphase bis zur industrialisierten Umsetzung in sämtliche Produkt- und Systementscheidungen integriert werden.…
