Qualifikation Mindestens 3 Jahre Media Buying bei einer E-Commerce-Brand oder Performance-Agentur. Meta Ads beherrschst du sicher: Du hast Accounts eigenständig gesteuert und skaliert und weißt, wie Gebotsstrategien, Zielgruppen und Attribution zusammenspielen. Du hast selbst sechsstellige Monatsbudgets gesteuert und Sales-Events wie die Black Week verantwortet. Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) kannst du bereits oder lernst du schnell. Du denkst in Zahlen (Triple Whale oder vergleichbar, MER, Post-Purchase-Survey) und nutzt KI selbstverständlich für Analysen und Automationen. Du arbeitest genau und triffst trotzdem mutige Budgetentscheidungen, wenn es ums Skalieren geht. Der Account wird jeden Tag geprüft, auch samstags und sonntags. Deine Stunden verteilst du dafür frei über die Woche.…
