Your Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for Level 1 tickets and ad-hoc helpdesk requests covering hardware, software, and workplace services across Statista's global workforce. Take ownership of incoming requests from qualification through resolution or escalation, ensuring timely updates, complete English documentation, and SLA compliance. Identify recurring issues and report patterns to the Workplace Manager to drive continuous improvement of IT services. Build and maintain self-service resources such as knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and FAQs, and identify automation opportunities for recurring tasks. Collaborate closely with Tech Ops and DWO team members on escalations, knowledge transfer, and documentation to ensure seamless handoffs.…
