Für unser weiteres Wachstum suchen wir einen Investment Coordinator (m/w/d), der unsere Investment Consultants bei der Vermarktung von Immobilien unterstützt und dafür sorgt, dass die richtigen Investoren für die richtigen Objekte gewonnen werden. Dabei übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im Transaktionsprozess: Sie steuern die Käuferansprache, qualifizieren Kaufinteressenten, koordinieren Besichtigungen und sorgen für eine professionelle Nachverfolgung aller Aktivitäten. Während der Investment Consultant die Beratung, Verhandlungen und den Abschluss verantwortet, schaffen Sie die Grundlage für erfolgreiche Deals.
