In dieser Schnittstellenfunktion bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere SAP Key User aus Produktion, Konstruktion, Auftragsabwicklung sowie den indirekten Bereichen. Neben dem operativen Troubleshooting im Tagesgeschäft liegt dein Fokus auf der nachhaltigen sowie systematischen Analyse und Behebung von Fehlerursachen sowie dem Wissenstransfer in die Fachbereiche. Als Teil unseres Teams behebst du schnell und zielgerichtet akute Störungen sowie Prozessblockaden im SAP R/3 Produktivsystem, um den operativen Betrieb zu gewährleisten.
