Your mission You own the direction of our formal verification business. Our managers keep delivery predictable. You decide what the organisation becomes. You report to the CEO and are a member of the executive leadership team. You carry the FV consulting business as a whole — where it goes, how it performs, who leads it — and you answer for it. You will not solve verification problems, and you will rarely run a project or an account yourself. Concretely, you own: Direction. The roadmap for FV consulting. Which capabilities, markets and problem domains we pursue, and what we decline. Customers. You are the face of LUBIS EDA to our key accounts and at executive level.
