Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die sich in einem industriellen Umfeld bereits bewiesen hat und weiß, wie Veränderungen in einem operativen Logistikbetrieb erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung aus der Stahlindustrie, Werkslogistik, Produktion oder einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld mit. Du verstehst die Herausforderungen des operativen Betriebs, gewinnst Akzeptanz durch Fachwissen und kannst auch erfahrene Mitarbeitende von neuen Prozessen und Arbeitsweisen überzeugen.
