About the Role You'll lead clinical and regulatory operations at Montu Pharmacy – the dispensing engine behind the UK's largest medical cannabis clinic. We're processing 50,000 prescriptions monthly with 10% month-on-month growth. This isn't a traditional pharmacy role. You'll own: • Clinical governance and professional leadership for a digital-first, high-volume operation • GPhC and regulatory compliance across all pharmacy operations • Controlled Drugs governance and record-keeping at scale • Team leadership and clinical competency for 100+ pharmacy staff • Pharmacy systems, SOPs, and automation strategy • Regulatory inspections, audits, and industry representation Your scope is real.
