In unserer großen Personalabteilung der Division Tires am Standort Hannover-Stöcken bieten wir zum Starttermin Dezember 2026 für idealerweise 4 - 6 Monate ein Pflichtpraktikum im Bereich HR Operations in einem internationalen Umfeld an. Eine Kombination aus freiwilligem und verpflichtendem Praktikum ist möglich. Ebenfalls sind teilweise Remote-Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache möglich. Im Rahmen dieses Praktikums begleitest und unterstützt du unsere HR Operations Specialists im operativen Tagesgeschäft und erlangst dabei viele Einblicke in unterschiedliche HR-Themen und HR-Bereiche. Zu den Aufgaben gehören: Unterstützung bei der administrativen Durchführung verschiedener Personalmaßnahmen inkl. Erstellung verschiedener Vereinbarungen und Dokumente für Mitarbeitende, z.B.…
