For our Head Office in Bonn, we are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Business Process & Digital Transformation RFQ2IMPAT Workflow Management Project in part-time (20 hours/week) Your key tasks in this role Support the design and enhancement of the RFQ2IMPAT workflow management tool by translating business requirements into solution concepts and process improvements. Develop and document new user requirements, business rules, approval flows, fields, forms and workflow logic tailored to DHL Freight processes. Create mock-ups, process diagrams, user stories and functional specifications for system development. Analyze existing DGF functionality and identify adaptation opportunities for Freight products, services and organizational structures.…
