Deine Aufgaben Du bist erste Anlaufstelle: Du übernimmst Tätigkeiten im First-Level-Support und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen und Problemen. Technik im Blick: Du betreust die am Standort eingesetzte Hard- und Software und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb. Alles unter Kontrolle: Du kümmerst dich um die Nutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung und stellst sicher, dass die richtigen Zugriffe vorhanden sind. Du gehst Fehlern auf den Grund: Du führst Fehleranalysen und Tests in unserem SAP-Lagerverwaltungssystem durch und unterstützt bei der Lösungsfindung.
