As a Regional Manager, Consumer Strategy & Operations, you will drive capital-efficient growth by improving the consumer experience, with a focus on Loyalty and Pricing & Incentives across Wolt’s South region. You will execute, track, and monitor initiatives that deepen consumer engagement, so users come back again and again — excited about the service and experience they have with Wolt. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, creative thinking, and high-impact execution. It is well suited to someone with a strategy, consulting, or business operations background who is motivated by owning and delivering outcomes in a fast-moving, consumer-facing environment.
