In Biebertal bauen wir das Auge des da Vinci Systems. Unser aus feinoptischen und elektronischen Komponenten montiertes Kameramodul gibt Chirurgen Sicht auf das Operationsfeld. Unsere Feinoptiker fertigen Mikrolinsen und prüfen dabei ob die hohen Qualitätsstandards, die ein Medizinprodukt erfordern eingehalten und richtig dokumentiert sind. Aufgaben: Eigenständiges Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen zum Schleifen und Polieren sphärischer sowie planarer Optik und Konturbearbeitung optischer Bauteile. Präzises Polieren komplexer Rund- und Planoptik an Hebelmaschinen oder in Handarbeit. Sowohl im Mehrfachträger sowie auch im Einzelträgerfertigungsbereich.…
