Your Role Partner Management & Growth Support. Assist Partner Managers with day-to-day operations and account administrative tasks for existing partner portfolios. Support the preparation of partner meetings, business reviews, and account updates. Track account metrics, usage trends, and assist in identifying potential areas for product adoption or upsell. Banking & Compliance Operations Knowledge. Develop a solid understanding of Solaris' regulated product offerings (e.g., IBANs, cards, lending, KYC, compliance processes). Help document partner inquiries regarding product setups and liaise with internal operations and compliance teams to help resolve basic requests. Market Research & Sales Enablement.…
