Job Description: Details of the role and how it fits into the team This role sits within the Operational Risk Management (ORM) function, with a focus on overseeing and enhancing the bank’s approach to digitalisation risk. The position is embedded in the Chief Risk Office (CRO) of the organisation and contributes to the strengthening of the bank’s risk governance across digital processes, digital assets, technology‑enabled services, and emerging regulatory expectations.
