Als Team Lead Facility & Office Management (m/w/d) sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden optimale Rahmenbedingungen vorfinden und sich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren können. Du verantwortest den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Gebäude und technischen Einrichtungen, stellst die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sicher und entwickelst unsere Facility-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team und externen Dienstleistenden schaffst du eine sichere, effiziente und attraktive Arbeitsumgebung. Dabei agierst du als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Facility-Themen und arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichsten Fachbereichen zusammen.
