Deine Aufgaben Als IT-Servicetechniker Systemadministrator (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung unserer anspruchsvollen Hard- und Softwarelösungen sowie virtueller Plattformen– sowohl im Büro als auch direkt beim Kunden. Dabei stellst Du die Dokumentation der Arbeiten sicher und übernimmst Troubleshooting sowie Wartungstermine vor Ort. Durchführung des 2nd Level Supports im direkten Kundenkontakt Durchführung von Funktions- und Leistungstests Fehlerdiagnose/-analyse und Behebung für Hard- Software und Netzwerkkomponenten; auch virtualisiert Technische Betreuung unseres Kunden vor Ort Arbeiten an Lösungen im Umfeld der Telekommunikationsüberwachung in Hochsicherheitsrechenzentren.…
