DU… führst vollständige Boroskopinspektionen (BSI) an Triebwerksmodulen im Rahmen von MRO-Maßnahmen (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) durch erfasst und bewertest systematisch visuelle Befunde wie Risse, Erosion, Verbrennungsschäden, Fremdkörperschäden (FOD), Beschichtungsabplatzungen und thermische Verfärbungen dokumentierst und klassifizierst Befunde gemäß vorgegebenen Grenzwertkatalogen sowie Serviceable-, Repairable- und Reject-Kriterien erstellst fundierte und nachvollziehbare Inspektionsberichte inklusive Bildmaterial, Befundlokalisierung und Handlungsempfehlungen bewertest Befunde hinsichtlich Airworthiness und stimmst Grenzfälle mit Design- und MRO-Engineering ab arbeitest eng mit den Ansprechpartnern von Rolls-Royce zusammen, klärst technische Fragestellungen und eskalierst…
