About The Role We are looking for our E-commerce Austria Lead to manage and grow Emma's business in the Austrian market. You will be responsible for the full Austria P&L, marketing and sales, driving profitable growth for a brand that has already reached 12 million+ sleepers in 35+ countries. You'll report to the Head of E-commerce DACH and work closely with teams across Emma, ranging from Global Marketing and Category Management to Operations and our other Ecommerce country teams. What You'll Do Own the Austria P&L end to end, steering net revenue and contribution margin while balancing top-line growth with profitability across the market.…
