Als Sachbearbeiter/in Servicekoordination & RMA (m/w/x) unterstützt du unsere europäischen Technical Support- und Vertriebsteams bei allen administrativen Aufgaben und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung von Service-, Reparatur- und RMA-Prozessen. Dabei bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen und internationalen Standorten und stellst eine professionelle sowie serviceorientierte Kundenbetreuung sicher.
