Du bist teamorientiert, qualitätsbewusst und möchtest aktiv dazu beitragen, unsere Produktionsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im Bereich Optoelektronik oder in der Montage komplexer technischer Systeme mit. Aufgaben Montage optoelektronischer Geräte und Baugruppen nach detaillierten Arbeitsanweisungen und definierten Qualitätsstandards Feinjustage / elektrischer Abgleich und Funktionsprüfung der Produkte mithilfe von automatisierten Prüf- und Abgleichprogrammen, die den Mitarbeitenden schrittweise durch den Prozess führen Erkennen und Aussortieren fehlerhafter Komponenten sowie einfache Fehlerbehebung im Montageprozess Arbeiten…
