OCFO Flight Optimization & Capacity Control Agent Role Purpose Monitor and optimize existing routes for the Own Controlled Flights Operation (OCFO), ensuring flights are commercially and operationally optimized. Key Responsibilities Flight & process monitoring — oversee flight and operational processes, and maintain data quality in operational systems so planning stays accurate. Capacity planning — plan the optimum weight and volume mix per flight based on actual bookings and freight on hand ( <24 hours before departure ), and plan capacity utilization by route and cargo mix. Booking control — manage and control pre-books and ad hoc shipments, safeguard space commitments to customers, and notify stakeholders of over- or underbookings.…
