As a Senior UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end UX and product design for our key digital customer journeys on a global scale, from discovery and problem framing through flows, prototypes, UI, validation, and handoff. You will turn e-commerce pages into genuine product education for a specialised niche, helping customers understand pergolas and awnings, products many people are still unfamiliar with, and translating that clarity into better usability and conversion. Working closely with Product, Performance Marketing, and commercial teams, you will shape UX standards and contribute to a lightweight design system that keeps our experience consistent as it grows.…
