Während deiner Abschlussarbeit analysierst du ganzheitlich moderne mechatronische Bremsaktuatoren und beleuchtest dabei das Zusammenspiel von Gehäusedesign, Dichtungskonzept sowie Fertigungstechnologie. Mechatronische Schnittstellen im Bremsaktuator untersuchst du detailliert, um fertigungsgerechte Designempfehlungen für eine robuste Großserienfertigung abzuleiten. Des Weiteren entwickelst du eine agile Design-Methodik, die Gesamtsystem-Anforderungen der Bremse mit innovativen Dichtungskonzepten vereint. Darüber hinaus führst du experimentelle Untersuchungen durch, planst und wertest sie aus, um relevante Einflussgrößen wie Oberflächenvorbehandlung, Materialbeständigkeit sowie das Füllverhalten von Dichtstoffen abzusichern.…
