Your area of work: The Group Risk Resilience Section oversees Deutsche Börse Group's resilience framework, covering Business Continuity Management, Crisis Resilience Management, and Third Party Risk Management. The Head of Group Risk Resilience reports to the Chief Risk Officer. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team across multiple locations and drive the further development of a holistic Group-wide resilience strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management and represent the resilience function to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and supervisory authorities. Your responsibilities: Lead and further develop Deutsche Börse Group's Risk Resilience function, ensuring an integrated and forward-looking resilience strategy across the Group.
