Als (Senior) Performance Coach (m/w/d) entwickelst Du Filialleiter und Verkaufsberater systematisch weiter, setzt klare Performance-Standards und sorgst dafür, dass Deine Region ihre Vertriebsziele erreicht und übertrifft. Du analysierst KPIs, identifizierst Potenziale und setzt durch praxisnahes Coaching direkt in den Filialen an – für konkrete Ergebnisse, die sich in den Zahlen zeigen.
