About The Role We're building a community that brings together business owners, founders, CFOs, and finance leaders on Vivid's own platforms — a members' space, webinars, and CFO Clubs. As Community Lead, you'll own this end-to-end: growing an engaged community of our ideal customers and turning it into an acquisition channel for Vivid Business. You'll report to our Head of Growth and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to build a virtuous circle — an engaged community that drives brand, qualified leads, and new business, reducing our dependence on paid acquisition.
