DEINE ROLLE Wir bauen für einen unserer Hero Accounts eine Creative Unit auf – als Mid-Level Creative Concept/Copy bist du Teil dieses Teams und übernimmst zunehmend eigenständig Verantwortung für Konzeption und Copy. Du entwickelst nicht nur einzelne Postings, sondern lernst, Briefs in tragfähige Ideen und Kampagnenlogiken zu übersetzen – eng begleitet von deinem Senior und deinem Creative Lead. Social-First-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss: Auch mit einem eher klassischen Kreativ-Background bist du bei uns richtig.
