Als Teil unseres Teams implementierst und optimierst du Serviceprozesse sowie Service-Tools in unseren internationalen Regionen. So trägst du aktiv zum Ausbau unseres globalen Servicegeschäfts bei. Du analysierst internationale After-Sales-Märkte, identifizierst Trends sowie Wachstumspotenziale und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Darüber hinaus entwickelst du gemeinsam mit internen und internationalen Stakeholdern innovative Service- und Geschäftsmodelle sowie strategische Maßnahmen für unser Serviceportfolio. Du koordinierst den Austausch von Best Practices zwischen den Märkten und arbeitest eng mit unseren Regional Champions bei der Umsetzung der Servicestrategie zusammen.…
