Your Mission As Senior Risk Management Specialist, you will help scale and further develop lemon.markets’ Risk Management Framework in a period of growing regulatory expectations, business complexity, and organisational maturity. Sitting within the Risk team and working closely with the Head of Risk, you will take over meaningful responsibilities across multiple risk domains and help ensure our controls, assessments, and governance evolve with the company. Over the next 6 to 12 months, your focus will be on strengthening risk processes across operational and non-financial risk topics, contributing to financial risk topics such as ICAAP and ILAAP, and improving the structure, transparency, and efficiency of our risk tooling and reporting.…
