Your mission We are looking for a motivated IT Working Student to support our internal IT operations at Hypatos. You will work closely with our IT and Security teams, supporting daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in a modern, cloud-first SaaS environment. Your Responsibilities: Provide first-level hardware and software support for Hypatos employees Support the administration of our Microsoft 365 environment Provide internal IT support for Line-of-Business applications, including: Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office Jira and Confluence Slack Security tools such as password managers MDM solutions Other business-critical SaaS applications Assist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows (accounts, access, devices) Support hardware asset inventory management and tracking…
