Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen: Analyse auf gentechnisch veränderte Organismen (GVO) und Tierartendifferenzierung in Lebensmitteln, Futtermitteln, Rohwaren und Saatgut, auf höchstem Qualitätsniveau. Sicherstellung einer sorgfältigen und schnellen Bearbeitung der eingehenden Proben als Mitglied des Labor-Teams mit Unterstützung von LIMS. Insbesondere: Probenvorbereitung und Probeneinwaage Isolierung von DNA nach verschiedenen Methoden (manuell und automatisiert) Durchführung von konventionellen und Real-Time PCR-Analysen (qualitativ und quantitativ), u.a. mit modernen Liquid-Handling Maschinen Arbeit nach Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Laborprozessen Durchführung von allgemeinen Labortätigkeiten und Übernahme von speziellen…
