Als Go-To-Market & Growth Intern (d/f/m) übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben: Durch den gezielten Einsatz von KI, Automatisierungen und modernen Lead-Sourcing-Tools entwickelst und optimierst du unsere Lead-Generierungs-Prozesse kontinuierlich. Du leitest aus datenbasierten Analysen Erkenntnisse ab und trägst aktiv zu Entscheidungen bei, die unsere Go-to-Market-Strategie steuern. Gemeinsam mit Sales, Marketing und Operations baust du unsere Sales-Motion skalierbar auf. Du testest neue Ansätze, analysierst deren Performance und hilfst dabei, Best Practices für unseren Markteintritt und unsere Wachstumsstrategie zu etablieren. Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Kollegen aus unseren internationalen Büros in der Schweiz, Frankreich und den USA und arbeitest standortübergreifend an…
