Zwei erfahrene Unternehmer bauen eine Nachfolgeholding für etablierte mittelständische Unternehmen auf, und du bist von Anfang an dabei: von den ersten Investments bis zu konkreten operativen Verbesserungen in unseren Beteiligungen. Das Berliner Nachfolgewerk übernimmt profitable mittelständische Unternehmen in Nachfolgesituationen, vor allem aus den Bereichen B2B-Dienstleistungen und technische Services. Wir investieren ausschließlich eigenes Kapital und verfolgen eine langfristige Buy-and-Hold-Strategie. Die ersten beiden Übernahmen stehen kurz vor dem Abschluss. Als Praktikant arbeitest du direkt mit uns, Felix und Milan. Felix hat Arsipa seit 2020 durch Unternehmensnachfolgen und konsequente Digitalisierung zu einer Gruppe mit über 1.000 Mitarbeitenden aufgebaut.…
