On-Site (5 days) Aufgaben: · Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Kantanlagen bzw. Gesenkbiegepressen (LVD). Programmieren, Aufrufen, Optimieren und Korrigieren von CNC-Abkant-Programmen. Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Kantteile aller Art in Einzelfertigung oder Kleinserien nach Zeichnungsvorgabe · Durchführung der Qualitätsprüfung mit anforderungsbezogenen Prüfmitteln · Prüfen der gefertigten Teile auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit · Rückmeldung des Arbeitsvolumens sowie erfassen gefertigter Stückzahlen in SAP.
