As a User Researcher, you will help shape user-centred, sustainable energy solutions across residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, field studies, and on-site observations. Identify European user needs, behaviours, pain points, and expectations across Sungrow’s energy solutions. Analyse research findings and turn complex data into clear, practical insights for product and design teams. Create and present structured research reports that advocate for the European user perspective across stakeholder groups.…
