Über die Rolle Wir suchen einen Praktikanten im Bereich Talent Talent Acquisition, um unseren Wettbewerbsvorteil im M&A-Bereich weiter auszubauen. Wenn wir Immobilienverwaltungsunternehmen in ganz Deutschland übernehmen, ist es entscheidend, das bestehende Management schnell durch eine technologieorientierte Führung zu ersetzen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, die zukünftigen Geschäftsführer zu identifizieren, zu betreuen und für uns zu gewinnen. Ein Praktikum bei Buena bedeutet Full Ownership ab Tag eins. Als zweites Mitglied unseres Headhunting-Teams übernimmst du von Beginn an Verantwortung für ein Portfolio von über 500 Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften.
