You are a hands-on practitioner who thrives in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, leading by example in daily asset production. You will guide a team of designers across Hamburg and Singapore, managing creative production schedules, establishing efficient workflows, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across time zones.
