The Role We are looking for a Chief of Staff to help drive BJAK's AI Neobank expansion across products, markets and teams. This is a senior execution role for someone who can align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress. What You'll Own Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities. Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability. Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations. Prepare concise decision memos, board / leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews. Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become serious blockers.…
