Berufsbild - Leichtflugzeugbauer (d/m/w): Leichtflugzeugbauer/-innen sind Fachleute in der industriellen Fertigung und Montage von Bauteilen aus Faserverbund (CFK/GFK) und Aluminium. Nach technischen Unterlagen fertigen Sie Einzelteile aus CFK/GFK unter Anwendung verschiedener Herstellungsverfahren wie z.B. das Nasslaminieren, Prepreg- und Infusionsverfahren. Sie sind außerdem für die Aufrüstung, Bedienung und Optimierung komplexer Produktionsanlagen unterschiedlicher Art zuständig. Das Nacharbeiten bzw. der Reparatur der verschiedenen Werkstoffkombinationen, vor allem aus Faserverbund, ist ebenfalls ein Teil der Ausbildung. Die Qualitätsprüfung und Dokumentation der Arbeit gehören auch zu den beruflichen Aufgaben.…
