Wir suchen Dich als Technical Onboarding Specialist – Phone Assistant als Unterstützung für das Technical Onboarding Team in Berlin. Du bringst Leidenschaft für Technik, Service und die Zufriedenheit unserer Kund:innen mit – und möchtest von Anfang an Teil der Customer Journey sein? Dann bist Du hier richtig. Im Technical Onboarding begleitest Du Praxen und Krankenhäuser bei der Einführung unserer Produkte und sorgst dafür, dass sie von Tag 1 an reibungslos mit Doctolib arbeiten können. Während des Onboardings unterstützt Du komplexe IT-Fälle und implementierst neben unserer Praxissoftware weitere Produkte wie den KI-basierten Telefonassistenten und unsere Terminverwaltungslösung. Du musst nicht vom ersten Tag an alles wissen.…
