Der Rezeptionist (m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für die Organisation und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe an der Rezeption. Das beinhaltet den Empfang, die Begrüßung und Betreuung der Besucher:innen und Mitarbeitenden sowie Postbearbeitung und Weiterleitung dieser an den Fachbereich am Standort EAT/DHL. Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards durch Befolgen vorgegebener Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie Durchführung von Zutrittskontrollen an der Rezeption, z.B. bei Ausgabe von Besucherausweisen Erteilung grundlegender Informationen sowohl persönlich als auch per Telefon/E-Mail sowie Filtern und Weiterleiten von Informationen Koordination von Warenschleusungen im Bereich Land- zur Airside Schlüsselverwaltung Bei Bedarf administrative Unterstützung anderer Bereiche Bedienen der zur Verfügung stehenden…
