Verantwortlichkeiten Empfang, Betreuung und Bewirtung von Kunden, Lieferanten und Besuchern Vor- und Nachbereitung von Konferenzräumen sowie Betreuung von „Sonderflächen“ im Gebäude Annahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen via Telefon- und E-Mail Allgemeine Routineaufgaben wie etwa die Organisation von Büromaterial, Besucherparkplätze, Poolfahrzeuge sowie unseres hauseigenen Fitness-Raums Gelegentliche, kreative Mitarbeit in internen Projekten z.B. Events, Standortmarketing Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet zu besetzen. Profil Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung am Empfang in einem Unternehmen, alternativ in kaufmännischer Tätigkeit, oder aus der Gastronomie, dem Hotelgewerbe oder der Veranstaltungsbranche mit.
